What cleaning services do you offer?
We provide residential, commercial, and specialized cleaning services, including deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, carpet cleaning, and more.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No, you don’t need to be home, but we’ll work with you to arrange access. Many customers provide a key, code, or let us in when they’re available.
What areas do you serve?
We currently serve the greater Lancaster area. Anything more than 15 minutes travel time outside of Lancaster will incur a travel charge.
Are your cleaning supplies included in the service?
Yes, we bring all the necessary cleaning supplies and equipment unless you prefer us to use your own products
What products do you use? Are they Eco-friendly?
We use safe and high-quality cleaning products. There is no such thing as a true Eco-friendly cleaning product so we use standard, name-brand cleaning products., If you have health concerns however, we will do our best to accommodate any allergy or bleach-free related requests you may have.

Is there a cancellation fee?
